For 1-night overnights, registration and payment must be completed no later than one week before the event.
For multiple-night overnights (summer), registration and payment must be completed no later than two weeks before the event.
NO registrations will be processed without payment.
EpicWrite In The Park is exempt from these restrictions; registration is open until the day of the event.
Refund Policy
We know that sometimes unexpected circumstances come up in people's lives. Unfortunately, we are contractually obligated for a number of our expenses
several weeks in advance of an event or class, whether we have adequate attendance or not. Our refund policy is as follows:
75% of what you have paid is refundable until two weeks prior to event. After that, we cannot issue refunds. We are sorry, but by that date
we are obligated to pay our camp and food vendors for the number of guests originally reported to them.
